I RELAX AND RECHARGE AS I BREATHE INTO THIS MOMENT.
There are times when the clamor of my life makes me want to wall myself off from the world. While this is neither practical nor possible, I can step away, even if just for a moment or two.
Stilling my thoughts and concentrating on my breath, I begin to let go. I release worry or anxiety. I think only of my oneness with God, a connection of love, wisdom, and peace. Attuning my spirit to God within, I find my innate peace and calmness. In these quiet moments, I create a positive, tranquil climate, and I feel fulfilled.
I let stress fall away as I decompress and relax. Breathing and affirming peace, I nurture my mind, body, and spirit. Now fully charged, I am ready to reenter the world in a spirit of blissful calm.
